This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Roshni Dattani ("SONA: The Temple of Sound" and "The Sonic Wealth Collective") and the member ("Member") subscribing to the services described below.

1. Membership Subscription
By joining SONA: Temple of Sound, the Member agrees to participate in the services provided under this Agreement, including access to periodic sound baths, sonic transmissions, recordings, exclusive content and community engagement, as described on the official website or marketing materials.

2. Subscription Details

• Membership currently starts at £77 per month or £777 annually (saving two months’ membership). The annual membership provides access to the same benefits as the monthly plan, with the added advantage of receiving two months for free upon payment in full.

• The membership rate at the time of joining is locked in for the lifetime of your active subscription. If you cancel and choose to re-subscribe in the future, you will be subject to the current membership rate at the time of re-enrolment.

3. Payment Terms
Payments for membership are due monthly on the anniversary date of the first payment. If a payment is missed or delayed, access to services may be temporarily suspended until the outstanding payment is made in full.

For annual memberships, the fee of £777 will be automatically renewed at the end of the term unless cancelled by the Member. Annual subscriptions will automatically renew each year unless the Member notifies The Sonic Wealth Collective at least 7 days before the renewal date.

4. Cancellation Policy
If the Member wishes to cancel their subscription, they may do so at any time by logging into the Customer Portal and managing their subscription here. If any issues arise, the Member must notify The Sonic Wealth Collective by email or through the designated cancellation process at least 7 days before the next scheduled payment date. The membership will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, with no further charges applied thereafter.

5. Coaching Services

SONA: The Temple of Sound includes access to group coaching elements within the community. These services are intended to provide Members with personalised insights and collective support for their personal growth journey.

The Member acknowledges that all coaching, whether in group settings, is general in nature and not tailored to individual needs unless otherwise specified. Intuitive coaching sessions are intended to provide guidance and inspiration, but no guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes or success. Results are dependent on the Member's personal efforts and circumstances.

6. The Gold Circle

The Gold Circle is a monthly guest-led offering within SONA: Temple of Sound. Each month, a hand-selected guest coach, healer, facilitator or thought leader may be invited to share their unique medicine with the community.

Sessions may take the form of live coaching circles, expert-led masterclasses, facilitated group immersions or frequency-based teachings. All contributions are selected with intention for the energetic coherence and evolution of the SONA field.

Guest participation is offered in alignment with the vision and curation of SONA: Temple of Sound. Inclusion is not guaranteed and is subject to invitation or application approval. The format, timing and delivery of sessions may be adapted or changed at the discretion of The Sonic Wealth Collective to serve the integrity of the membership experience.

Guests accepted into The Gold Circle agree to honour their committed session(s) in full, including preparation and delivery as agreed upon. Guests are also expected to engage with the community in an aligned and respectful way, which may include participating in the group space, responding to relevant discussions and sharing presence within the community during their feature period where appropriate. Engagement is offered as part of the reciprocal nature of the space and the collective experience it is designed to support.

In exchange for their contribution, Gold Circle members will receive full access to all membership offerings as outlined in their invitation link, including all digital content, live sessions, community access, The Gold Circle sessions, and any additional member benefits described therein.

a. Recording & Intellectual Property

All Gold Circle sessions, including guest-led coaching circles, masterclasses, facilitated immersions and any other contributions delivered within the SONA: Temple of Sound membership, will be recorded. By participating as a guest coach, healer or facilitator, you agree to being recorded and acknowledge that all recordings, content and materials produced during your session(s) become the sole property of The Sonic Wealth Collective upon delivery. The Sonic Wealth Collective reserves the right to use, distribute, archive and repurpose these recordings within the SONA membership at its sole discretion.

Guest contributors retain ownership of their pre-existing intellectual property, frameworks, methodologies and branded content brought into the session. However, the recording of the session itself, as delivered within SONA: Temple of Sound, is owned exclusively by The Sonic Wealth Collective.

b. Personal Use & Access

All content, recordings, materials and resources made available within SONA: Temple of Sound — including The Gold Circle sessions — are for the personal use of the registered member only. Membership access, login credentials, recordings, downloads and any content within the Frequency Vault or wider membership platform may not be shared, distributed, forwarded, reproduced or made accessible to any third party under any circumstances. Breach of this clause may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

c. Confidentiality

Members are asked to honour the confidentiality of the space. What is shared within The Gold Circle — by fellow members, guest coaches or The Sonic Wealth Collective — is shared in trust. Members agree not to share, reproduce or disclose the personal experiences, disclosures or contributions of others without explicit consent. This includes but is not limited to screenshots, screen recordings, quotes or summaries shared outside of the membership space.

d. Guest Code of Conduct

Guest coaches, healers and facilitators are expected to show up in full alignment with the values and ethos of SONA: Temple of Sound. This includes arriving prepared, delivering content with integrity, and engaging with the community in a respectful, supportive and energetically coherent manner. The Sonic Wealth Collective reserves the right to remove or decline any guest whose conduct, content or energy is deemed misaligned with the SONA field, at its sole discretion.

e. Cancellation by Guest

In the event that a guest coach or facilitator is unable to fulfil their committed session, The Sonic Wealth Collective must be notified as soon as reasonably possible. The Sonic Wealth Collective reserves the right to reschedule, replace or remove the session at its discretion. No compensation will be owed to the guest in the event of cancellation by either party unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the session.

f. Guest Coach Liability

The Sonic Wealth Collective curates guest coaches, healers, facilitators and thought leaders for The Gold Circle with care and intentionality. However, The Sonic Wealth Collective does not endorse, verify or take responsibility for the advice, guidance, opinions, methodologies, frameworks or content delivered by any third-party guest contributor within SONA: Temple of Sound.

All guest-led sessions are delivered by independent individuals and do not represent the views, recommendations or professional advice of The Sonic Wealth Collective. The Sonic Wealth Collective accepts no liability for any loss, harm, damage or dissatisfaction — whether physical, emotional, psychological, financial or otherwise — arising directly or indirectly from content delivered by a guest coach, healer or facilitator within The Gold Circle or any other area of the membership.

Members engage with guest-led content entirely at their own discretion and risk. If you have concerns about any content delivered within a guest session, you are encouraged to contact The Sonic Wealth Collective directly at info@thesonicwealthcollective.com.

7. Termination by The Sonic Wealth Collective
The Sonic Wealth Collective reserves the right to terminate membership for any Member who violates the terms of this Agreement or engages in disruptive behaviour. If terminated, the Member will not receive any refunds for any unused portion of the subscription if applicable.

8. Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued for the monthly membership fees once the payment has been processed. Members are encouraged to review their subscription carefully before committing.

9. Access to Services
Upon successful payment, the Member will receive access to all services as described, including The SONA Frequency Vault, periodic sound baths, sonic transmissions, recordings, exclusive content and access to the Telegram community. Services may be subject to change at the discretion of The Sonic Wealth Collective.

10. Community Guidelines
Members are expected to engage respectfully and positively in the community, including the associated Telegram group. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the club without refund.

11. Limitation of Liability
The Sonic Wealth Collective provides sound healing and related services with the intention of promoting wellness and personal growth. These services are not intended as a substitute for medical treatment or therapy. The Member agrees to use the services at their own risk and waives any claims for damages arising from the use of these services.

12. Amendments to This Agreement
The Sonic Wealth Collective reserves the right to amend or modify this Agreement at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the services will constitute acceptance of such changes.

13. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States and The United Kingdom.
